Children Football Festival Ended
The Children's Football Festival organized by DMD Sports Tourism ended with the trophy ceremony.
Children Football Festival was held between 21-23 April 2019 in Antalya Side. The tournament was held in 3 categories: U10, U11 and U12. 50 teams from different cities competed in the tournament, children scored 565 goals in 166 matches.
Group matches were played on 21 - 22 April. It merged with the final day of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day celebration. At the cup and medal ceremony held after the final matches, 12 cups were presented to the holders in three categories and all participants were awarded medals as a tournament souvenir.
Children with leukemia were also guests at the football festival
There were also very special guests of the Children Football Festival. Elif Selmanoğlu, Mer Emir Coşkun, Burak Ulu, Ece Tosunoğlu, Tekla Naçkebiya, Muhammed Yasir who continue to receive leukemia treatment as representatives of Kan Ordusu Kanser Dernegi (A cancer association working for the benefit of children with leukemia in Turkey); participated in the tournament as a guest. The special guests of the tournament presented their trophies to the winning teams.
